After you order. Nothing to upload before you pay. We email you, and you reply with your photo.

Send a clear photo and the name you want (if applicable). Your order waits until your photo arrives.

• We ship it out as fast as we can, typically takes 1–2 days to get ready once your photo arrives and ships in 3–5 business days
• We keep you posted the whole way: photo and video updates of your actual piece, emailed to you as it’s made
